The University of Miskolc, Hungary, was represented at the “Study in Europe” Education Fair held in Baku on 10–11 October 2026.

Coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the partnership between the European Union and Azerbaijan, the event served as an important platform for promoting higher education opportunities in Europe and expanding international academic cooperation.

More than 60 universities and educational organisations from 16 European countries participated in the fair. The event provided students and parents with an opportunity to connect directly with representatives of European universities and obtain detailed information about academic programmes and scholarship opportunities.

The University of Miskolc was represented at the fair by its representative, Dr. Burak Akın, and the staff of Apply-Uni, its official representative in Azerbaijan. During the event, visitors received detailed information about study opportunities in Hungary, the University of Miskolc’s academic programmes, and scholarship prospects.
