The first F2F Education Fair was successfully held

The “Face-to-Face” education fair, of which Apply-Uni was one of the organisers, was successfully held. The event brought together agencies operating in the field of international education, university representatives, and potential students.

During the first stage of the fair, agency representatives had the opportunity to meet directly with representatives of the participating universities. During the meetings, they exchanged views on the universities’ educational programmes, admission requirements, and possible areas of cooperation. In addition, representatives of various agencies participating in the event had the opportunity to get to know one another, establish connections, and discuss opportunities for future cooperation. Thus, the fair contributed both to the development of cooperation between universities and agencies and to the expansion of professional connections in the field of education.

During the second part of the fair, individual meetings were held between potential students and university representatives. Students communicated directly with representatives of the universities they were interested in and received detailed information about educational programmes, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, living conditions, and other issues that interested them.

One of the main advantages of the F2F education fair was that the meetings were organised in advance and individually. During registration, students identified the universities they wanted to meet, and during the event, they met separately with representatives of the universities they had selected. As each meeting was held within a designated time frame, students were able to ask their questions comfortably, while university representatives had the opportunity to speak with each participant individually and provide detailed answers to the issues that interested them. This format prevented general noise and confusion at the fair, ensuring that each meeting was more comfortable, efficient, and result-oriented.

The main focus of the event’s organisation was not the number of participants, but rather ensuring that the meetings were efficient and productive. This allowed participants to use their time efficiently and enabled universities to communicate directly and face-to-face with potential students who were interested in their programmes.

The successful organisation of the first F2F education fair also marked the beginning of future events to be held in this format. New fairs with the participation of different universities are planned for the coming months. Our main goal is to bring universities, agencies, and potential students together, creating opportunities for new connections and cooperation at each event, while supporting students in choosing the university that is most suitable for them.
